Is my cleaning appointment confirmed immediately?

No. Every appointment begins as a booking request. You will receive an email confirming that your request was received, followed by another email after Selena reviews and confirms it.

What hours are cleaning appointments available?

Standard appointments are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The booking form will only show times that allow the full selected service duration to be completed before closing.

How far in advance should I book?

Cleaning requests must be submitted at least four days before your preferred appointment. You can request an appointment up to one month in advance.

How are available appointment times calculated?

Available start times are based on the selected date, service duration, working hours and existing booking requests. Times that overlap with pending or confirmed appointments are automatically removed.

How long should I book my cleaning appointment for?

Available durations depend on the selected service. Choose the option that most closely matches your needs. Selena may recommend a different duration after reviewing the property size and service requirements.

Can two customers request the same time?

Once a booking request is successfully submitted, its appointment time is held and overlapping times become unavailable to other customers. The time becomes available again if the request is declined, cancelled or expires.

Can I book recurring cleaning services?

Yes. You can request one-time, weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning. The selected date applies to the first visit. Future recurring appointments will be arranged after the initial request is reviewed.

Can I request an alternative date?

Yes. You can provide an optional alternative date and time. The alternative date must be later than your preferred appointment date.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Your booking email includes secure links to cancel or request a reschedule. Rescheduling should normally be requested at least 72 hours before the confirmed appointment.

Do I need to pay when submitting the form?

No payment is collected through the booking request form. Pricing and payment details can be discussed separately before the cleaning service is completed.
